Not sure why the reviews are so low. It seemed like a standard Panera to me, and we grabbed lunch on a Saturday and it was busy but pretty quick. We ordered from the kiosk and picked up our own food, so not much to say about the service. It's not the cheapest option out there, but I still enjoy the you pick two deal and their sandwiches have gotten better in my opinion.
They have really stepped up at this Store! I really enjoyed going to this location. I have been upset a few times in the past with the service, and all the changes, but I also know when good is good. I usually get a steak sandwich, but today I tried something different, bacon ,egg and cheese croissant. It was cooked to perfection. I really need to get the cooks name so I can give him a shout out. Great location. Very open when you walk in. There's a nice iced coffee table that says welcome to Brentwood. There are over four different kiosk. You can order food or you can order it from the cashier. The staff is very friendly and outgoing This is our go to place to get our bagels for morning meetings!
